Use shredded coconut from the baking dept, add either chunks of almond mixed in the coconut or use a whole almond on top of the balls you make with the cookie scooper.
Add just enough light corn syrup to make it sticky.
Then melt chocolate chips in the microwave in a freezer quart size bag (do in increments of 25 seconds and smash the bag a little) until all the chocolate is melted. When it is all melted, cut the corner of the bag and use it as a decorator bakers bag.
Let it sit until the chocolate sets. Enjoy!
